But there's still a problem. Even though I'm friendly enough with my roommate that I can ask to borrow her car, it's a bit rude in Japanese to just say it's unnecessary. Therefore, a better way would be:
車を貸してくれると行ったけど、妹が朝の８時半に引越しするので、車が要らなくなりました。僕が行って手伝うには早すぎます。でも、どうもありがとう。
Translation:
A.
あした、Westminsterへ行かないから、車が必要じゃありません.
妹が８時半に引越しします。僕が行って手伝うには早すぎます。だから行きません。
今ジョージと遊んでいます。１時間後（ご）ぐらいに会いましょう。

Tomorrow, since I'm not going to go to Westminster, I don't need your car.
